Ballet Fitness is a workout fusion class, combining elements of ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, Yoga and Conditioning. Exercises occur on the mat and at the barre with music to sculpt, lengthen, and strengthen your body from the core. The class focuses your mind, improves body awareness, balance, tone and flexibility. Socks, ballet slippers or no shoes are fine.
