The Adult Program provides overall mental and physical fitness for dancers of all ages and abilities. In these classes, we explore movement at a comfortable pace. Whether you are a true beginner or revisiting dance after a few years away, our professional faculty will provide a class that enhances movement fundamentals and that focuses on body awareness and healthy body placement.
